Home and Away is a property management company based on the borders of the Aveyron, Tarn, Lot, and Tarn & Garonne departments in South West of France. We offer our customers a diverse range of services, designed to fit around your needs and budget, all aimed to help you enjoy your property with the minimum of stress and fuss.

Our services are designed so that we can be "your contact", doing all the jobs that you would normally do if you were here, we have a long list of reliable contacts at our disposal and can arrange gardeners, builders, renovation and repair work, general maintenance of your property, etc, or acting on your behalf dealing with tradesmen, artisans, being on site when you expect a delivery or having guests/visitors arriving or leaving, etc, from helping maintain your pool, to cutting your lawns....

Our service also includes a basic "peace of mind" security inspection of your house, which can be performed either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, whichever you prefer, and includes your house (checking doors and windows, etc), any outbuildings and gardens, checking for damage, intrusion, etc. Provided that you have supplied us with keys and keyholder instructions, this will also include an internal inspection, (especially invaluable during the inclement winter months, when burst pipes and intrusion of vermin are much more likely). We then email you a report with any relevant information and current photograph(s) of your premises. If needed we will make any immediate repairs to secure your property up to a euro limit that you set beforehand, or obtain estimates for any work required on your behalf.
