"We have been running a holiday rental business for several years and, recently, have had to spend more and more time working abroad. It was a big worry leaving holidaymakers to their own devices on a big isolated property with a pool. Luckily for me, I picked up an advertising leaflet for Home and Away in a local restaurant and called to see if they would be able to offer a service that would suit us.
We arranged a visit, were impressed with Greg Perks and signed a contract for him to look after things in our absence. This was February, the coldest on record. When we showed him round the gite we discovered that radiators had burst and Greg got a plumber to come the next day to sort us out. This is not easy in France. He has contacts for all professional services. I am delighted with his service. He is intelligent, reliable and very capable. He asks all the right questions, sorts things out immediately if possible, employs good cleaning staff and is firm but affable when necessary with the customers. He also keeps in regular touch with us when we are away.
I know that our customers and property are in good hands and can highly recommend Greg and Home and Away."

"We have owned a holiday home in the Aveyron since the early 1990s and usually visit for a spring break and during summer. Until we met Greg, we managed the upkeep ourselves, with some basic assistance (e.g. neighbour mowing the lawn). However, this meant we had a lot to cope with upon arrival: a garden which looked more like a jungle, a house that needed a thorough clean, technical issues to sort out - so before we could truly settle down and enjoy our holiday, we had to get busy for several days!
Towards the end of our holidays last year we were facing some technical and organisational problems, with no idea how we would cope in the short term; fortunately, we had kept Greg's flyer 'just in case' and decided now was the time to get in touch. Greg came immediately and gave us the reassurance we needed. Since then, we have found him to be most helpful, reliable and capable. He deals with the basics (organising gardening, cleaning) and with any technical problems that arise.
He regularly performs checks, especially after a storm or frost, and engages professional help on our behalf when necessary (following consultation via phone or email). In short, arriving at our holiday home is now a complete pleasure, and we can rest assured that in between visits, Greg is looking after the property in every respect. He keeps us 'in the loop' via email and photo attachments where relevant. We highly recommend his services and appreciate his personable approach."

"Having a holiday home in the Aveyron was always a bit of a headache for us until we discovered Greg and Home and Away via a referal from a friend. We always came on holiday never knowing what to expect other than a garden full of weeds and hay and shutters to paint....
Now when we unlock the door our holiday starts, Greg takes care of everything for us, organising cleaning, gardening, our pool and even buying groceries for us so that when we arrive we can sit a relax over a nice meal and good bottle of wine. He takes care of the little niggly issues when we are back in the UK and liaises with artisans on our behalf for bigger jobs when required (which is handy as our French is not that good). We recommend his services to anyone who has, or who is thinking of buying a property here."
